1. PH(N)RA reserve the right to refuse to advertise any services we deem inappropriate for the Residents Association.   

2. Payment for adding company details to the site will be made before any details are published, the minimum period is twelve months and cancelling the contract should be done in writing.

3. PH(N)RA cannot guarantee uninterrupted service of the website, normal updates will be performed off line and site rebuilds will be scheduled off peak to minimise disruption, however there are other elements which are completely beyond our control.

4. We reserve the right to remove any advertisements from the site if complaints from the residents are received.

5. We are a non - profit making Association and as such we are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of using this service.

6. Any errors in the business data will be corrected within 5 days of receiving feedback, however most corrections will be performed immediately.

7. Advertising on this page does not constitute support for any campaign or action which PH(N)RA may promote or support.

8. By entering into a contract with PH(N)RA you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.
