March is Wellbeing Month, where we support a variety of activities and talks that help make you healthier and happier. Around the county we will be hosting a large amount of events and in this newsletter we have details on all those in the Crawley and East Grinstead area.

Wellbeing day for Carers & Cared For
Join us for a day of activities and information for carers and cared for. Meet people from over 20 organisations offering health checks, taster sessions and more. Free Hot drinks and hot food samples from Apetito will be provided. Carers must be 18+, but cared for may be of any age.
Transport can be booked in advance with Community Transport ( 01444 227225) at a reduced rate of £3.50 for carers and £1.50 for cared for.

Day of Dance
Come along and enjoy a whole day of dance. It starts with a demonstration & taster session from Sam Bloom who teaches Jazz dancing. Then in the afternoon there will be further performances and sessions from Louise Ryrie, who teaches ballet and Deb Rolfe who teaches Belly dancing.
All ages welcome and they are all free.

On the last Saturday of the month we are hosting an introductory talk and taster session of “Loose Yoga”. Learn more about this gentle activity which you can adapt to your own speed and level of comfort. It’s free and there’s no need to book.

Lunchtime Talk: A Drinker’s Tale
Carrying on our free series of talks we have Julian Kirkman-Page a man who quit alcohol after 40 years of drinking having developed type-2 diabetes, high blood pressure and gout. He has now written two books “I Don’t Drink” and “One Less for the Road” and will talk about how alcohol had taken over his life and the reality of quitting drinking.
